PLATFORM · HUB
Geist Mono — Labels
Accent
No accent color. Zinc palette only. Authority needs no color.
The platform hub derives its presence from monochromatic restraint. Adding color would undermine the weight of the stone metaphor.
Brand rationale
Monolyth is named for a standing stone—ancient, immovable, indifferent to trend. The identity reflects this: Instrument Serif was chosen because it carries historical weight without feeling archaic. The triangular logomark is a megalith seen from above. No accent color—zinc monochrome only—because the hub derives authority from restraint, not from decoration. The light mode uses warm stone tones (f5f4f0) rather than pure white, preserving the organic, geological character in both modes.

Geist Mono — Code/Data
Logo concept
Radar / crosshair mark. Concentric rings = signal propagation. Center dot = the diagnostic point.
Brand rationale
Outfit 800 uppercase was chosen for Routalyzer because it reads like instrument readouts—authoritative, technical, slightly industrial. The cartographic metaphor lives in the grid-line backgrounds and the radar logomark. The electric blue accent #0090FF is preserved from the existing product—it's earned its place. Light mode shifts to a cool blue-tinted white (#f0f4fa) rather than warm stone, reinforcing the tool's clinical, diagnostic character. The accent dims slightly to #0070d0 for proper contrast on light surfaces.

Geist Mono — Commands
Logo concept
Minimal fish mark. Soft, rounded, approachable. Never cartoonish.
Brand rationale
Fraunces italic—an optical-size serif with warmth and a slight vintage character—gives MyntFish personality without playfulness. It's the font equivalent of a handwritten sign in a well-loved café. The beige-white background (#faf8f3) is deliberate—pure white feels sterile, this feels like good paper. Mint green (#20a878) is the accent: fresh, community-associated, never aggressive. Light mode is the default because community tools live in the daytime—Discord's own interface is dark, so MyntFish's dashboard being light creates useful contrast and makes the product feel distinctly web-native rather than Discord-native.

Lora 300 italic — Display + Editor
Write privately.
Inter 300 — UI
const doc = new Stele()
Geist Mono — Code
Logo concept
Stone tablet + base mark. Three lines, third shorter. Permanence of the written word.
Brand rationale
Stele is named for a standing stone slab used for inscriptions—a direct homage to Monolyth while marking its own purpose: the written record. Lora italic was chosen as the display font because it IS the editor font—in Stele, the product's brand voice and the user's writing voice are the same typeface. The terracotta accent (#8B6F5E light / #9d7d6b dark) is warm and muted, evoking aged stone and ink rather than technology. Light mode is the default because writing tools live in the daytime—reading on a warm off-white (#faf9f7) surface is gentler on the eyes than pure white. Dark mode uses a warm near-black (#0c0a08)—slightly brown, not the cold blue-black of Routalyzer. Everything about Stele says: slow down, write carefully, this will last.

Syne 800 — Display
The working engineer's bench.
Syne 400 — Body
{"key": "value"}
Geist Mono — Code
Logo concept
Workshop bench mark. Two keys + tool bay. Industrial but refined.
Brand rationale
Syne 800 is a geometric grotesque with unusual letter proportions—it was designed for display use and reads like something you'd see on equipment signage. That matches the workshop bench metaphor: functional, purposeful, slightly industrial. The amber accent (#e8a030) evokes workshop lighting, soldering iron glow, warm metal. Both light and dark modes use warm-tinted base tones rather than cool neutrals—this product should feel tactile, not clinical. The background on dark mode leans very slightly warm (#0c0a06) rather than cool black.

The rules every product follows
Dark-first. Every product lives in darkness. Light mode is available — never the only option.
Geometric logomark. Icon + wordmark. Every mark is constructed, not illustrated.
Geist Mono for data. The mono font is shared across every product. It's the platform's heartbeat.
No emoji in UI. Text, icons (Lucide), and color carry meaning. Emoji are noise.
Mixed case always. Monolyth, Routalyzer, MyntFish, DevTools — never ALL CAPS in the wordmark.
One accent per product. Each product owns one accent color. Never mix them on a single surface.
Warm or cool, never neutral. Backgrounds lean warm or cool — pure RGB grey (#808080) never appears.
"A Monolyth product." Every product footer carries this line. The platform mark unifies them.
