1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any Monolyth platform product (monolyth.tools, routalyzer.com, myntfish.gg, or associated services), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What Monolyth Provides

Monolyth is a platform of developer tools including network diagnostics (Routalyzer), a Discord community bot (MyntFish), and developer utilities (Dev Toolkit). These tools are provided as-is for personal and professional use.

We offer a Free tier and a Supporter tier. Supporter subscribers receive higher usage (if applicable) and early access to new tools and features. Tier status is account-wide.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You must not share your account or session credentials
• One account per person—duplicate accounts may be removed

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Monolyth to:

• Probe, scan, or test systems you do not own or have permission to test
• Generate abusive traffic toward third-party services through our tools
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits through automation or multiple accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary logic from the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose under applicable US law

The network diagnostic tools (Looking Glass, MTR, IP Lookup) are intended for legitimate network analysis and troubleshooting. Misuse may result in account termination.

5. Supporter Subscription

Supporter subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• You may cancel at any time from monolyth.tools/account/billing
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—no partial refunds
• If a payment fails, your account will revert to Free at the end of the grace period
• We reserve the right to change Supporter pricing with 30 days notice to subscribers

6. MyntFish and Discord

By inviting MyntFish to a Discord server, you confirm you have the authority to add bots to that server. You are responsible for how MyntFish is used in servers you administer.

MyntFish operates within Discord's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Discord's availability or policy changes.

7. Intellectual Property

Monolyth and its products are owned by the Company. The name, logos, and brand system are proprietary.

The open-source libraries we use retain their respective licenses. Our code built on top of them is not open-source unless explicitly stated.

You retain ownership of any data you input into our tools. By saving data to the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Results from network diagnostic tools—these are informational only
• Actions taken by third-party services we integrate with
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the Federal Government of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the federal government.
